MARKETING & AUTOMATION

Connect the journey before adding more tools.

When content, website pages and follow-up feel disconnected, more activity is not always the answer. I help diagnose the gaps, map goals and touchpoints, and prioritise practical changes before assessing repeatable workflows for automation.

Find the friction first

Map the customer journey

Review how people discover you, understand the offer, find proof and make an enquiry. Identify unclear messages, missing handoffs and repeated questions.

Choose practical priorities

Connect business goals with audience needs and the resources you actually have. Prioritise changes by usefulness, effort and dependencies rather than adding channels by default.

Scope and deliverables — defined per brief

Journey & priorities

A focused review can produce a current-state journey map, goals and touchpoints, a gap summary and a prioritised action plan with responsibilities and dependencies.

Website, content & measurement

An agreed brief can include landing-page recommendations, a message or content outline and a measurement plan. Define useful events, ownership and consent requirements; implementation is included only when specified.

Repeatable workflow assessment

Review a recurring task, document its steps and assess whether a simpler process, template or automation is appropriate. Deliverables can include a workflow map, feasibility notes and a handover checklist. Any configuration or testing is scoped separately.

Illustrative scenarios — not case studies

Launch message → landing page → enquiry follow-up

Align a launch message with a focused landing page, define the enquiry information needed and outline a human-reviewed follow-up sequence. Agree who owns each step and what can meaningfully be measured.

Repeated questions → explainer and intake

Turn common questions into an explainer and a clearer intake route. Assess whether reusable responses or a simple repeatable workflow could reduce manual repetition.

A focused, collaborative process

01 — Diagnose

Discuss your goals and review the current journey, content, tools and handoffs using available evidence.

02 — Map & prioritise

Map key touchpoints and decide which changes are worth doing first, with a clear owner and realistic scope.

03 — Shape the solution

Connect the website, content and measurement requirements. Assess repeatability, risks, permissions and review points before proposing automation.

04 — Deliver & hand over

Provide the agreed documents and any explicitly scoped implementation. Review the result together and hand over next actions, responsibilities and limitations.

What we agree before starting

Scope, responsibilities & implementation

Before work begins, we agree the goals, deliverables, timeline and review points, along with who provides materials, access and approvals. The brief distinguishes recommendations from hands-on implementation and sets out who will own each next step. Any specialist technical implementation, campaign operations or ongoing support is assessed separately, with responsibilities and scope confirmed before it is included.

Practical questions

Do I need new tools?

Not necessarily. Clearer messaging, fewer steps or better ownership may be more useful. We review what you already use before recommending changes.

Will you automate everything?

No. We first assess whether the workflow is repeatable and appropriate. Sensitive data, exceptions, consent and human review may make automation unsuitable.

What exactly will I receive?

Your brief lists the deliverables, formats, revision rounds and any implementation. An assessment does not automatically include tool setup, integrations or ongoing management.

Can you guarantee more leads or better advertising results?

No. This work establishes clearer priorities and connected touchpoints. Business results depend on factors beyond the project, and neither growth nor advertising performance is guaranteed.

Start with one disconnected part

What to share

Tell me where the journey feels fragmented, what you want to achieve and which content, website and tools already exist. We can start with a focused review rather than a large transformation project.
